About the grant
Under the governments ECO Scheme, customers can receive funding towards a new A rated boiler. As part of this service, we conduct a system cleanse to remove all of the old sludge, ensure your heating controls are up to date and provide each boiler with a standard two-year warranty and a ADEY Chemical Filter, for that extra peace of mind.
Based on current prices, the average cost of having a boiler replaced privately is approximately £1,800, however, if you take advantage of a heating grant it can save you a considerable amount of money.
To be eligible to receive a heating grant to cover the cost of replacing your boiler, you or someone living in the property must be the homeowner and be in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits. Once we have confirmed that you are eligible to receive the grant, one of our Gas Safe registered surveyors will come to the property to carry out a free no obligation survey.
Grant Store are Vaillant, Worcester and Ideal approved installers and all of our boilers are installed by fully qualified gas safe registered engineers.
To qualify
To get a new A rated boiler with grant funding, you must meet the following criteria:
- A member of the household must receive one of the qualifying benefits, a full list can be found here.
- You must be a homeowner, rented properties do not qualify.
- Your current boiler must be non-condensing. If your unsure then our office can you to find this out.

The process
Upon completing our enquiry form, most successful applicants will have a new boiler fitted within two weeks!
After we receive your enquiry, firstly, one of our dedicated members of staff will check the details and perform a few online checks on your property. Afterwards, you will be contacted to discuss the process.
If you are deemed eligible, then we will start the process of your application by first sending you a simple data protection request that allows us to process your personal information.
Once this is done we will arrange for one of our qualified Gas Engineers to visit your property. Our helpful engineer will inspect your old boiler and conduct a survey on the requirements of your new boiler. This survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
Once our office receives your paperwork, they will contact you to discuss an install date. SIMPLE!
