Warrington Housing Association head office formally called ‘The Gateway’ was looking tired, dull and in need of a complete office refurbishment.
GSL successfully won the full Mechanical & Electrical package offering full service from design to installation. We had a lighting design fully commissioned and installed by ourselves.
During the removal of the existing ceiling, air conditioning units were found hidden in the roof space. The original design was modified to accommodate this, the wet central heating system was removed from the original design and the air conditioning units that were in-situ were utilised.
‘The Gateway’ was still occupied during the full refurbishment, we had to make special arrangements for power and utilities to be transferred outside normal office working hours and special care was taken to ensure existing services and utilities were not disrupted.
The offices were completed to high standard, offering Warrington Housing staff members a modern bright working space to continue looking after their residents.

They drew up the wiring diagram, in consultation with the main contractor and client & provided the cable trays for our IT contractor to run the data cables.
