How a heat pump installation works with us

  1. Survey and heat loss. An engineer visits, measures every room and checks your radiators and pipework, then works out the heat each room needs.
  2. Design and quote. You get a written design and a price, with the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant shown as its own line.
  3. Installation and handover. Our engineers install and commission the system and show you how to run it.

Homes in England and Wales can get £7,500 towards an air source heat pump through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, if the property qualifies. The grant is taken off your quote, so you do not have to find the money up front.

Homes heated by oil or LPG with no mains gas connection can get an extra £1,500 until March 2027, which makes £9,000. Read the government guidance on the scheme.
